Throughout his early professional career, Frank brings with him 10 years worth of diverse experience from the private, public and nonprofit sectors.
Frank holds a B.A. in political science with a minor in business administration from Wilkes University, and an A.A.S. in social science from Luzerne County Community College.
As an undergraduate at Wilkes, Frank interned with some of northeastern Pennsylvania's top organizations, including The Institute for Public Policy and Economic Development (Joint Urban Studies Center), Wilkes University Small Business Development Center, and GUARD Insurance Group.
Furthermore, Frank is an active member of numerous community-related organizations, and serves as an alumni mentor at Wilkes University.
Frank is also a part-time entrepreneur, and is the founder and author of a blog focusing on the topics of economic development policy, public relations, and career issues facing young professionals.
Soon after graduation, Frank worked as a successful freelance political consultant, providing strategy and media services to numerous state and local candidates located in and around northeastern Pennsylvania.
In January 2008, Frank joined Jeri E. Stumpf & Associates, Inc., a community & economic development and government affairs consulting firm based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Frank's primary responsibilities included analysis of land use planning policy, preparation of comprehensive planning documents for municipal clients, and the creation survey instruments designed to measure market capacities for retail and tourism development within a downtown setting.
Currently working in the private sector as a Purchasing Agent for Benco Dental, the nation's largest independent distributor of dental supplies and equipment, Frank’s areas of expertise encompass vendor account management, consumer relations, supply chain management, and all phases of procurement.
Personally, Frank’s interests include fishing, fitness, cooking, art, and various disciplines of auto & motorcycle racing.
