I graduated from Kaplan University Online on February 16, 2010. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
I have more experience in Customer Service than I do in any other industry. I don't feel there is any job task in the Customer Service arena that I am incapable of completing. However, I have skills and talents that are transferable to other sections in the business world.
I am self-motivated, natural leadership abilities, and I have a strong work ethic. Couple these natural abilities with my education and the training that I will receive from an organization?
