Professionally, I've worked in the Human Resources function for over 15 years; primarily in the Recruitment function. Over the last 10 years, I've worked for Citi in the Staffing function, working in various roles from managing a team of recruiters to supporting the North America Staffing group via training support and staffing applications compliance support.
Manage the Communications, Compliance, and Training function for NA Staffing. Responsibilities include embedding a formalized approach to crafting and sending NA Staffing Communications, manage all NA Staffing related websites and sharepoint sites. Manage staffing application compliance activities for all NA Staffing applications in partnership with Corp. Technology, HR BISO, and vendor partners. Created and designed and implemented Change Training Program for NA Staffing community.
Manage Client Support and Projects team under the Systems and Analysis leveraged discipline for NA Staffing. Provide project management and SME systems support for NA staffing projects while providing overall direction and guidance to team. Work closely with internal client groups and application vendors to meet business needs.
Responsible for providing Resource Planning System (RPS ) training to end users and creating platform for RPS requirements. Was the Business User Group representative for Cards business on Global E recruitment weekly meetings. Provided SME expertise for RPS; provided training and systemic support to all end users of the system. Provided project management support for any systems related projects for NA O&T Staffing and any business requiring assistance as applicable.
Responsible for reviewing and recommending improved processes for consistent usage of staffing systems from a short term and long term perspective. Reviewed system entitlements for Cards users, provided guidance and training on staffing system usage. Worked closely with Cards National Staffing O&T team to dimension system needs for Cards users. Additionally, acted as Project Lead for Staffing on the Cards Non Exempt Compensation Framework project.
Responsible for overseeing the non-exempt hiring function for the division on an interim basis. Interface and partner with national Capacity Planning Leads, Staffing Managers, Site Leads, and Regional HRDs and provide guidance regarding non-exempt practices and procedures.
Responsible for directing recruitment functions to include strategic intiatives, leading recruitment team, advising and coaching managers and staff, developing staffing goals, analyzing staffing trends, and researching creative/new advertising activities for site. Responsible for searching and utilizing creative sourcing strategies to meet our diversity and business goals.
