About Me
I am an international business graduate from UTSA. I spent the summer studying project management abroad in London, England. After returning from my trip I am inspired to start my own business bringing European dessert here to South Texas. I would like to start as a sweet crepe stand to be set up at Festivals and town events. Eventually leading to a cafe opening.
