Eric Schittulli An investor seems to wish recruit me instead of invest in my company. They want to specialize themselves in my industry. What do you think ?

136 weeks ago from Ask Penelope Trunk!

Penelope Trunk: And, if you think of a better company idea, they will know you better, and trust you more, and maybe they'll fund you the second time.
Eric Schittulli: Thanks for the feedback. I'll call them back to see what they propose exactly and how we can work together. Maybe it's great opportunity.

Beth Oppenheim-Chan I would love some opinion on my resume I recently revised it to reflect that I want program not fundraising positions. has to say

137 weeks ago from Resume Feedback

David Galley: You say one thing, resume says another. EDN bullets list your focus last, others not at all. Remember: accomplishments, not tasks.
Eric Schittulli: Few advices : Don't use serif fonts except for the topics. Reduce the size of your bullet points. They're too big. Make it fit on one page.

Eric Schittulli: Depend more of the job than the industry. Hard to explain it in 140 chars ! Let's say that you can fill some entry level jobs without grade.
Eric Schittulli: That's said, people without grade can take enough XP to apply at better positions, still without a grade. In fact, it's a real combination

Stephen Evermore Where or how did everyone get their start as community managers? For me, it was with a dial-up BBS and a FidoNet group.

142 weeks ago from Community Managers
