Dana Leavy For any entrepreneurs in the room, how do you tackle the blurred line between work and personal life? When you are your business, it's so easy to forget the things that made up YOU before the business came along.

For me, at work I'm very focused on knocking the things off of my to-do list one after another as quickly as makes sense. I have to slow down at home; my fiance is the opposite and likes to do things on his own time. I have to get out of "to-do" mode and just enjoy my down time without focusing on what chores need to be done. At the same time, having that trait to do-do-do, at least he knows he can count on me to get things done!

Steven Swernofsky: @Dana, If I could download a pint or two of that to-do focus from you, I'd really like it ...

Brittany Oster I'm way behind on the game as I still own a Blackberry. I'm very ready to switch to a Smartphone. T-Mobile has been my service provider for about 10 years. Should I switch to Verizon and wait for the i-Phone or just purchase a droid with T-Mobile? Help!!

Justin Nowak: @Kevin, you can set up your google account to act as exchange and sync calendar, contacts and push email on the iphone.

Kevin Flanagan: @justin Yup, that's what I do now. It's good, but has many drawbacks as well.

Eric Morrison MMMM, Coffee. My wife told me the other day that the coffee I made tasted great. How did this happen? Routine. Routine (or ritual; not the same as a habit) is one of the kings of self enhancement. Begin good routines, delete bad habits. 1. start with fresh RO water, no sneaky flavours in there. 2. Experiment with the amount of coffee YOU like, not what the tin says, I like 1/3 of a cup. 3. Add "coffiments" Cream, sweetener, etc. 4. Enjoy. Team TDW coffee making ritual
