About Me

Eric has extensive experience in counseling, career development and job transition coaching. Expertise includes career strategy development, job transition tools development, and service delivery. A wide background in diverse corporate positions as well as psychological counseling, contributes to extensive knowledge of corporate structures and career management issues. Eric also has demonstrated success developing innovative job search programs and writing for the career field.

Accomplishments include:
-Developed a unique new approach to job interviewing, the InterviewBest interview presentation, a unique approach which dramatically improves the the interview process for both the Candidate and the Hiring Manager (www.interviewbest.com).
-Created and implemented strategic sales and marketing plans for occupational health services that grew annual revenues from $600,000 to $5.5 million in 3 years, while increasing volume with Fortune 500 companies 150%.
-Managed a career transition center for one of the country's largest outplacement firms.
-Designed and implemented the Passport program, a picture ID based training and certification tracking program used by 15,000 construction union members in the Philadelphia area. This program resulted in a savings in excess of $2 million a year to local companies employing union workers.
-Authored "What to Think What to Do 100+ Hints for Successful Interviewing" and "What to Think What to Do 100+ Hints for Networking" These are the first book in a series of Think/Do books.
