Diane Crompton has coached professionals at all levels from a wide range of functional and industry backgrounds and with varying career objectives. As a Career Management Consultant, Diane brings more than 15 years of diverse experience including professional recruitment for several national contingency and retained search firms and experience as an educator. Diane holds a BS degree in Education from Springfield College and completed graduate studies in Instructional Design. Diane utilizes online networking tools including LinkedIn to develop networking contacts for her clients and is an advocate of the benefit of networking.
Ellen Sautter has provided career transition support to tens of thousands of clients from all backgrounds and levels. She has 18 years of experience in the career transition industry. Her background includes years in staffing and executive search, managing marketing for a regional human resource consulting and training company, and a business manager role for a recruiter network. Ellen graduated with a BS in Education from the University of Toledo in Ohio. She is an active networker and has amassed a large network on LinkedIn.
