Why should your college education stop when you step off campus? More and more of the nation's top universities are adopting an "open source" approach to education - and sharing some amazing classes online. Check out my post "Continuing Education via the 'Ivies' From Your Couch" for a list of courses that might pique your interest: http://bit.ly/aFAyYu

Life after college doesn't always pan out as we'd planned. But, it's not where you are that matters - it's what you do. But I'm Not Supposed to be Here: Starting Over in the Same City http://bit.ly/9USz37

About Me

I grew up in the cultural mecca of Black River Falls, Wisconsin. I decided in 4th grade that I would go to college at the University of Wisconsin - Madison like my then-idol, Frank Lloyd Wright (to say I was a girl with a plan would be a bit of an understatement).

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in May 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and a Certificate in Religious Studies. As an undergraduate, I worked in online consumer research & social media strategy, and am currently honing my marketing, writing and new media skills at a small marketing firm in Madison.

I'm an avid reader, design enthusiast, sushi fanatic, and, most importantly, a life-long learner. My interests run the gamut -- I'm just as comfortable talking about the brilliance of the Sartorialist as I am discussing the use of Buddhism as a political tool in Myanmar. Quirky? Yes, but it works for me.
