About Me

Elise Foster, an experienced career and leadership development consultant, specializes in helping people discover their passions so they can realize their full potential at work (and enjoy it). In addition to working one-on-one with MBA students in the Kelley Supply Chain and Global Management Academy, Elise is designing workshops and curriculum, including a new four day career orientation program for incoming MBA students.

Combining her passion for helping others fulfill their potential at work with the leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills she developed as an engineer, she initiated a corporate group to facilitate the on-boarding of new employees. This program was designed to maximize both employee engagement and improve retention. Building on these corporate successes, Elise decided to pursue a Master’s in adult development at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

When coaching individuals or designing programs, Elise uses her strong analytic and process-oriented mindset along with her corporate experience in organizational development and her graduate education in leadership and adult development, to design and implement innovative and effective leadership and career development programs.
