• Only one APS Congressional Science Policy fellowship is awarded each year
• Drafted new legislative language that was voted into law in 110th and 111th Congresses including HR 3585 "The Solar Technology Roadmap Act"
• Developed strategic solar energy legislative and outreach plan
• Prepared speeches given at press and association appearances, on the house floor and in hearings and briefings
• Identified witnesses and generated documentation (including key questions for witnesses) for roundtables, hearings and briefings
