About Me

Hello, my name is Eboné Smiley and I'm fabulous, or so I tell myself every day.

I'm a Metro-Atlanta resident originally from California by way of Belgium, Germany and Virginia. I was a military brat!

Throughout high school and college I was involved in at least one organization while leading another. My lack of constant meetings and events as a college graduate has left me pretty bored, so I began blogging and planning ways to be successful outside of my 9-5.

Well, the 9-5 is gone as of Monday, January 26,2009 and I am on the hunt for a new position, hopefully in the Atlanta area market.

I graduated with a Bachelors in Consumer Journalism, a degree that allowed me to study both public relations and fashion merchandising without getting a dual degree.

When I am not on LinkedIn expanding my professional network or Twitter doing the same, I enjoy reading self-improvement books, creating vision boards and blogging about what interests me.

I watch so much television, I have my very own DVR in my room and am contemplating buying a lifetime Tivo subscription when I find another full-time gig. Some of my favorite shows include (in no particular order:
