About Me

I'm a CEC certified coach with a PhD in organizational psychology and I'm author of The YOU Plan (www.TheYouPlan.com), which focuses on succes in the New Economy.

Dr. Woody is the founder and president of Miami-based consulting firm HCI, a consultancy focused on management and executive development. Dr. Woody is also founder of the website www.DrWoody.com, a website dedicated to career and workplace issues.

Dr. Woody is also author of the newly released book The You Plan, a book dedicated to helping those who are unemployed get on their feet and re-engage in the New Economy. He also recently appeared as a guest expert on the Bravo Network show Tabatha’s Salon Takeover. Dr. Woody has also appeared on Fox Business, CBS-4 Miami, and First Business.

Prior to founding HCI, Dr. Woody served as a management and HR consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (PwC) and as a project manager for IBM Business Consulting Services in Washington DC.

Dr. Woody received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Miami, a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Springfield College, and a PhD in industrial and organizational psychology from Florida International University.
