I have over 2 years retail experience, with just under 2 years in retail sales and the balance in retail management. I currently lead a team of 22 cashiers, ensuring that they provide great customer service and meet their professional goals.
I have been a leader in the National Guard for six years. I started with a team of three soldiers in 2004, and now lead a platoon of 69 soldiers. I am also responsible for all vehicle maintenance in a Combined Arms Battalion.
