About Me

Doug Mashkuri is President and founder of Mash Digital Strategies LLC, a digital media consulting company located in Arlington, VA. As President, Doug provides digital consulting services to companies, who are looking to launch new digital initiatives, monetize current offerings, provide digital media sales training and increase over all usability of their web efforts.

Doug has over 15 years experience in the new media/publishing arena. Prior to launching Mash Digital Strategies, LLC, Doug was General Manager, E-Products for FCW Media Group. In this position, Doug had overall P&L responsibility for the online division. He also led e-product sales and new product development, and was responsible for forging strategic partnerships.

During that time, Doug has led multiple re-designs of the award-winning FCW.com web site, consistently grown online revenues, launched new products and established FCW.com as the leading site dedicated to the government information technology community.

In his online role, Doug helped create a new media organization within the publishing operation that builds on the strong editorial, events and marketing products FCW Media Group offers.

Prior to his online role, Doug was the Business Manager for FCW Media Group, responsible for the financial, technical and administrative operations of the organization. He has also held positions in marketing and advertising production.

When he is not working, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing ice hockey and rooting for the New York Jets.
