I'm an HR Generalist working at Leviton. I hold a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in School Counseling.
So how'd I get in to HR? I did some soul searching, realized the School Counseling thing wasn't for me, researched other occupations and came across HR - I like meeting new people, working on various projects, and helping others...found my niche
I'm passionate about learning what works in different organizations, across different generations, and how to bring all the elements together for a cohesive workforce.
