About Me

I'm a software engineer by training, currently pursuing an MBA from Cass Business School, City University, London. My previous responsibilities have included product development, implementation, and support, as well as aspects of pre-sales and marketing. I have extensive experience in online product demonstrations and training, and am comfortable working with international teams.

I'm currently interested in learning more about social media applications in business, and particularly in the SME segment.

• I managed all presales, implementation and support activities for a B2B integration application with customers in multiple geographical locations. I also coordinated the activities of the team’s software engineers, support executives, and functional consultants, and brought down the average implementation time from ten person-days to four, and the average turnaround time on support issues to 24 hours.

  On the technical front, I envisioned and developed a highly flexible and robust application framework for SAP’s data integration technology, the Business One Integration Platform (B1iP), and led a team of five engineers in shifting an existing integration application to the new framework. In addition, I drafted technical proposals and provided input on business integration scenarios to SAP Labs Israel, and later provided them with feedback on potential gaps in their design.
