Help! I am doing a group project for my entrepreneurship class, & my group seems to have issues with communication. For example, after our last meeting I sent out a email to the members that could not make it. This morning we were supposed to meet again, & they all complained they did not know the meeting was today. I called them, texted them, and emailed them the information they needed for today last Wed. They still cancelled. Any suggestions for dealing with people who are bad communicators?

"Why do it if you're not having fun?" I saw this on a bumper sticker on my way to work. If you are in fact not having fun, how easy is it for people to leave something? For me, it isn't terribly difficult. I'm a student. I have time to jump around. I've also heard people say you should never mix what you love with where you work. That has always sounded absurd to me. I'd rather wake up happy going to work than being angry I have to show up. Comments?

Hey! I'm glad you decided to stop by my page. My name is Derrick Idleburg Jr. and I am what I like to call a "Professional in Training". In the past year since my graduation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC), I began working at Truman Medical Centers, become an "Entrepreneurship Scholar" (inbox me and I will explain), began blogging consistently, began consulting businesses and tutoring individuals, and constant learning of what the "real world" really is and who I am.
