About Me

Deontée Gordon is a life-trained dynamic marketing specialist, serial entrepreneur, and wildly obsessive steak lover. Deontée (or, Deon, as many close friends call him) first journeyed into the world of online entrepreneurship as a student at Auburn University with the launch of a mobile content and ringtone site in late 2003.

After selling the service a year later, Deontée began building his Internet marketing credentials. After connecting with many influential business owners and thought leaders online, he soon started to incorporate social networking principles into his business endeavors.

It's that very philosophy, that relationship building and social
networking are integral parts to any entrepreneurial objective, that defines his work. His emphasis on using social media tools, social networking strategies, and a clear marketing plan are used to help fellow entrepreneurs navigate the choppy waters of Internet marketing and ensure the success of their businesses.

When Deontée is not blogging about online entrepreneurship and
business building, there's a good chance he's talking about his other passions: Auburn football, his native city of Birmingham, sushi and other interesting cuisines, or his guilty pleasure, the McRib sandwich.

He currently resides in the beautiful city of Birmingham and can
