Dena Botbyl is a self-development blogger, life coach, and speaker from Northern New Jersey, USA. In 2006, Dena began a quest to change her own life and the lives of others. She lost over 60 pounds through simple lifestyle changes. She focused in on her core passions—helping people to live the lives of their dreams and educating people about the urgency of environmental conservation.
