Ryan Paugh I'm the kind of writer who is always looking for a better word to describe what I'm feeling. Maybe that makes me a bad writer, or perhaps I'm just trying too hard. Whatever the reason I find myself using sites like Thesaurus.com a lot to find better words to use and it mostly works to my benefit. Does anyone else find themselves in similar situations when they write? Do you have a go-to source for finding better words to use?

Mateen Hamza: @Christina requires great effort but i guess a very practical idea, must be real handy all times.

David Halpert When I was working 9-to-5 as an assistant editor I had very little time to run my blog (which was devoted to scifi) while working. I wanted to keep up with my social media but couldn't juggle Twitter at work. I found Tweet Adder (http://budurl.com/b436) very early on. At its core it automates your Twitter account (this was well before HootSuite came out). Since last year they've added a slew of new options and features. I can't write anymore on this post but do yourself a favor and check it out!

With Tweet Adder I wrote my tweets using Notepad and was able to set them to randomly appear at different intervals during the day without having to lift a finger. Don't know what they've updated since then.

I like HootSuite, as it allows you to manage multiple Twitter accounts, Facebook, and your main LinkedIn feed.

What I'd really like is a tool that allows you to post to multiple LinkedIn groups. Anyone have any suggestions?

David Halpert I recently had an interview with a well-known Canadian company for a social media position, and while I didn't get the job I found "Friends with Benefits" (http://tinyurl.com/2cp5455) by Darren Barefoot to be an excellent primer. From the amateur to the social media professional Barefoot provides insights and actual case studies on how to expand a company's marketing outreach. Don't feel like reading a brick like the "Social Media Bible" (http://tinyurl.com/2d89knf) go check it out!

David Halpert: Hey Bronwyn, apparently I can't send you a private message until you fan me. Can you do so at your earliest convenience. Thanks. David.
