I'm curious, when you guys go to Starbucks, do you order your coffee in sizes by their proper names (tall, grande, vendi) or do you just say "small" "medium" or "large". I ask because I tend to take the lazy way out and call sizes by their american names (A cardinal sin at Starbucks). The clerks always give me dirty looks. It's like I'm an outsider because I'm not down with the lingo. I don't like saying the proper names because it just doesnt make any logical sense. How can tall be small?

I just learned today that Lil Wayne plays guitar. Skeptical, I looked it up on youtube and discovered that this is no joke. This is very impressive to me. Learning how to play the guitar is difficult. I've been playing consistently for about 7 months, and I've got a very long way to go. Anyways, as for Wheezy, I've got alot more respect for him now. Now, people can't argue that he sucks because all he can do is "talk" over music, rather than play an instrument.

In what has been a long, tireless search I have finally found the perfect brand of coffee. Green Mountain Coffee, is without the doubt the king of coffee. I used to have to resort to drinking starbucks. I don't particualry like the taste, but it was the only brand strong enough to really give me the jolt I need. In my opinion, certain brands of Green Mountain are stronger than a regular starbucks brew. It tastes awesome too. It's like, you KNOW you're drinking a cup of coffee.

With Green Mountain, you get the best of both worlds. 121 weeks ago

I actually prefer roasts that aren't as dark as what you probably like. However, on the upside, there is more caffeine in lighter roasts... 121 weeks ago

Whats up everyone. I'm actually from Stamford, CT, but New York City was the closest location I could find. I recently graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a bachelors degree in Communication and Studies and I am looking for a job in Journalism. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Or write a few sports related articles for a site like ezine.com. Another option, assuming you wrote papers in college is to submit them here - http://www.studentpulse.com/articles/45/the-ethical-dilema-of-when-to-pu... (that's a piece I published with them). Get yourself some links to mention when you apply for jobs. I think that's the first step. 121 weeks ago

I did a lot of internships and worked at the student paper before graduation to build those up. Also, actually, my blog got my the internship that led me to my current job, so it can really help. If you are looking for freelance, I've heard good things about Demand Studios. I don't know much about sports journalism, but I do know that if you aren't directly writing about what you want at first, it's probably normal. You can always blog on the side. 121 weeks ago

Hey guys, I was wondering what everyone's thoughts are on the film: Final Destination. I personally thought it was brilliantly done. It was so creepy that it made me want to stop watching, but so intriguing that I couldn't. You know you've got a great movie when your eyes are glued to the T.V. set despite being frightend. I thought that it offered a genius plot. I'll never forget the scene where Devin Sawa has that first premonition on the airplane. Chills down my spine everytime I watch.

The other night I watched the mid 90's classic: House Arrest, which I hadn't seen in about 14 years. It's funny how one's perspective on movies changes when they get older. House Arrest involves a young boy and his sister locking their parents in the basement in attempt to encourage them to fix their marital problems. When I first the film, I thought it was a cool plan. At last veiwing, I could only think about how the plot would never work today given the ubiquity of cell phones.

Very exicted to hear that Wall street 2: Money Never Sleeps is coming out in April. Surprising that the sequal is coming out 23 years after the original. Michael Douglas and Shia LaBeouf should make quite the dup, although It's hard to imagine that the sequal will trump the original. Gordan Gecko is back!
