Any suggestions on creative ways to hire local talent in China? I've tried headhunters, websites (51jobs.com, zhaopin.com) and just implemented an employee referral program, but still struggling to find good candidates. Job fairs are good for recent graduates, but I'm looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience. Any suggestions would be helpful!
