About Me

Having built experience as a Senior Claims Assistant for John Hancock Financial Services, I am eager to continue my career in the insurance industry in a role which leverages my project management and customer communication skills. I have a passion for improving operational efficiency and pride myself on delivering excellence for clients.

For the past seven years, I have served as a Senior Claims Assistant for John Hancock Financial Services in Boston. This role has enabled me to demonstrate my ability to manage a large volume of projects simultaneously while ensuring a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction. I am responsible for managing long-term care claims from start to finish, which requires that I coordinate a complex range of information and communicate carefully and thoughtfully with my colleagues and customers. My accomplishments include handling an exceptionally high caseload and having lead a project which reduced a month long claim process cycle time to seven days. My keen sense of detail and outstanding client relationship management has been recognized repeatedly by management, my peers, and my clients.
