About Me

HR Specialist skilled at advising clients about the best ways to hire electric utility talent. I specialize in classification and compensation. In the last year I've worked on business process mapping, redesign, requirements gathering and documentation for BPM systems. In 2008 I completed the Project Management Program at Portland State, and recently earned my PHR.
