A long skinny pole with a tiny paint roller on one end and a two small wheels on the other. The paint roller would also have a fixed half cylinder on one side. A small canister attached to the pole with a small diameter feed line to a small spray nozzle tip. This would allow you to paint behind toilet bowls and washer/dryers without getting paint everywhere!
