About Me

My professional objectives can be summarized in something Frank Lloyd Wright once said, “I know the price of success: dedication, hard work, and an unremitting devotion to the things you want to see happen.” During my undergraduate education in architecture at the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), I realized that many of the causes for our economic and societal problems were inextricably linked to our built environment. Recognizing this problem, as well as my opportune position as a student and future professional of the building arts; I realized that in order for our society to be successful that I need to do my part and dedicate myself to correcting what has caused these problems. During and following my graduate work, I intend to construct a career path in both the private and public sectors that will allow me to further my understanding of the legal, sociological, and economical issues that face real estate development today. My development philosophy is comprised of theories that would encourage a return to urban living, traditional neighborhood relationships, use of mass transit, as well as conservation and creation of green space. Using real estate as a medium for change, I will encourage integration, intellectualism, and economic growth through mixed-use and mixed-income communities.
