Be Social!! Our department has lunch together almost every day. It's a great chance to exchange ideas, share news from the office, vent about work frustrations, chat about TV, and a time to relax and let off some steam.We've all learned a lot about what's going on in the business units we support, and many great partnership opportunities have come out of a simple lunch venting session.
