About Me

Dan is a 27-year old HR professional working currently for a large insurance and financial services company. Prior to his current role, Dan worked as an HR recruiter and Corporate Communications Assistant for a large non-profit in Philadelphia.

A jersey born and bred angry suburban kid, Dan often finds himself scouring the internet for fun and interesting things to read (see Brazen Careerist).

Lately my passion for recruiting and corporate HR has enabled me to work on some very interesting and high-level projects at my organization - including playing a pivotal role in defining social media recruitment; as well as a recruitment process improvement study across the entire organization.
