About Me

I have always had a passion for helping others. I love to live and live to love. When I am not assisting small business owners with their financing needs, I enjoy volunteering for non-profit organizations like McAuley House, Manton Avenue Project, Rhode Islanders Sponsoring Education (RISE), St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Chlidren's Wishes, Boys & Girls Club of Providence RI, AIDS Project RI, to name a few. I also enjoy spending time with my family, photography, listening to music, and basketball, softball, lacrosse, surfing, and skiing.

Ocean Capital finances small businesses utilizing programs like the SBA 7(a) and USDA B&I loan products. I specialize in loan sizes ranging from $250,000-$5,000,000. Currently, the maximum loan size for the SBA 7(a) loan program is $2,000,000 and requires the small business to occupy at least 51% of the building SF. The types of small businesses/property types I typically finance are: Professional Office space for Doctors, Dentists, Chiropractors, CPA's, Attorneys, Assisted Living Facilities, Funeral Homes, Convenience Stores, Markets, Manufacturing, Light Industrial, Mixed USe properties. The USDA B&I program allows me to finance certain Investment properties like strip malls, student housing, and multiple tenant office buildings.
