eLearning Design Lab, Lawrence, KS
• Oversaw the analysis, design, development, and implementation of a Learning Management System for K-12 teachers and student. Currently used by 214 school districts. Teachers find lessons and assign tests and tutorials for any Kansas teaching indicator. Students take assignments appearing in their personalized assignment books. Scores instantly appear in teacher grade books which can be viewed in numerous way and output into a spreadsheet.
• Designed, developed and maintain online project management system for large scale creation and distribution of online learning modules to hundreds of clients across the United States.
• Member of lab management team. Hire and manage lab programming staff.
• Oversaw numerous other research and design initiatives in the field of e-learning.

• Designed and implemented an online application used to create and manage 30+ online higher education textbooks.
• Created a markup language that allowed production team to describe content in ways meaningful to them.
• Application was the foundation of a five million-dollar federal grant.
Web Programmer 01/98 - 08/98

• Rebuilt Flash Products Divisional intranet.
• Worked with clients to define needs, wants, and expectations.
• Programmed all backend functionality, publicized site, and demonstrated use of sites to target audiences.
