Hey everyone. I have a question about online job postings. I applied to a an online job posting, but now have updated info to add to it. Is it okay to submit an updated resume to an online job posting (of which you've previously posted a resume)? Will the additions to your accomplishments/experience matter to a recruiter for an job posted online? Will the re-submission cause confusion? Will it hurt your chances of getting selected for an interview or will it help? Thanks everyone!

Is it okay to contact the posting recruiter for a job board posting? If so, how do you do so without being overbearing/obnoxious? Should you contact the recruiter before applying for the job or afterwards? What are some good questions to ask? Thanks in advance for the feedback, everyone!
