1This is an idea I learnt from talking to @missrogue at the Connect Now conference in Sydney recently. You have a whoofie bank. If you want to withdraw from it you have to have actually given something to deposit. So give 10 times to your community first. Then you take 1 thing back. That 1 thing will be the greatest gift you ever receive.

2My top idea. Buy the book Rework for your boss and leaders. Show them how you would implement one of the strategies into your current team. Prove to them that it works. Buy the book for the CEO and tell them your story about implementing the new idea within your team (if your CEO isn't accessible at all then maybe you should try this in a new company?) Share the story online and build a community around your organisation and the sharing of ideas.
