3Engineering is only a means to determine and achieve a particular goal, not the goal in and of itself. Without a product/market fit, it doesn't matter how "cool" a product is. Without a decent user experience, it doesn't matter how "cool" a feature is if nobody can access it. Engineering for engineering's sake is no way to build a company. Leave it to the academics.

About Me
Dale holds a Master's degree from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His original focus was on large scale scientific visualization and moved back to Madison to work in Medical Imaging. After hopping jobs, he co-founded Sharendipity to build software allowing everyone, regardless of technical ability, to create games and media applications.
Since starting Sharendipity, Dale has developed an interest in helping other young professionals emerge from corporate life to start their own companies. Through his involvement in a local organization for young professionals he organizes events and support groups for local entrepreneurs and has started getting involved in local economic development policy.
