Currently I am employed as an Associate Product Manager for the largest conferencing provider in the world. I specialize in marketing and developing our audio products. I began my career with InterCall as a Global Support Manager due to my international background and specialization. My goal was to create and grow the Latin American market. Once I moved into the Product organization I continued to focus on the global markets. I currently manage the customization offerings and global entry methods associated with our audio products. This function requires that I coordinate with fortune 500 point of contacts of fortune 500 companies; development engineers; sales and leadership to ensure that the customer’s goals and needs are met.
In the audio product department I have maintained and continued the management of our global dial in solutions such as ITFS, ITL and the launch of Global IICP. Within this team, I have managed the Product Encyclopedia, customization request, and migration processes. My main role continues to be the management of key ResPlus features such as customizations and the automated service.
As a global support manager I coordinate billing and implementation activities as well as conduct the revenue reporting for our international business units and Latin American region. As one of the members of the Latin American team my main area of responsibility is business development of the Latin American region. My involvement has played an integral role in the implementation of our products and services offerings. In addition, I fill the role of managing sales rep for this office while coordinating sales strategies with the corresponding US rep. I rely on my fluency in the Spanish language; knowledge of Intercall's procedures and programs, services and products, and my understanding of our international markets to complete my task and jog assignments.
I was responsible for collecting funds owed to WestPoint Stevens as well as researching the claims that were made against the company to assess their validity. The accounts that I handled are specifically international. Therefore, expertise in the area of currency conversion, export process and diplomacy was required. In addition, I was able to utilize my knowledge of the Spanish language and familiarization with the French language.
