Hey social media savants--if you were to host a one hour Q&A with a special guest within a virtual room (i.e. second life, Meebo or other), assuming that person is new to the format, how would you help them prepare so they are comfortable running the show? For example, a cheat sheet or one pager for the guest?

Millennials and their Families: For those who have passed their quarter life crisis and are edging into the 30s, have you seen you friends having firstborns or going to have firstborns? I see some of my friends having babies and it's a scary thought! Some plan on quitting their jobs or working only part time. I personally can't imagine not working. Could having children negatively affect one's personal brand?
