About Me

I work with really intense, smart people and organizations, helping them figure out where they want to go and how to get there. My main tools are 1:1 and team coaching, training and strategic facilitation.

I seek out those doing good things for people and planet. Sometimes I'm directly aligned with my client's mission: Wild Oats Markets, The Marin Community Foundation, The W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Other clients, like Pinnacol Assurance, inspire me through their management philosopy.

My clients are usually familiar with success. They come to me either because they don't know the flavor of their next success or how to get there. People(or their employers) also reach out when their typical success trajectory is flagging.

It's wonderful to do work that you love and have people say "you've changed my life" at the same time.
