I am a professional speaker and coach, focusing on multi-generational issues.
I call myself a Gen-Yer in a Boomer body, as I seem to identify more with Gen-Y than my own generation. I have had many common life experiences of those that are among the Gen-Y group.
At the same time, I have a few years of experience... in the corporate world, technically, in management, and as an executive. I am an entrepreneur as well, having owned several companies - currently DreamsFulfilled, LLC.
My background covers IT, Media, and Motorsports. It has provided me the varied experience I need to coach executives, entrepreneurs, and upper management; as well as speak to all levels of an organization.
I spend most of my time serving organizations through helping them understand Millennials better. This allows them to usher Millennials into leadership in a way that is most powerful for everyone involved.
