About Me

CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and MBA from Indiana University with diverse business background. Interested in networking/recruiting, getting re-acquainted with old friends and/or hearing from candidates interested in a new job.

I have a genuine passion for recruiting. In my spare time, I volunteer at a local charity and help people in their job searches.

Prior to joining Seapine, I also worked as a contract recruiter and sourcer.

Also interested in genealogy. I'd love to hear from someone who could give me any information about Zachariah Clevenger, who served in the Revolutionary War. My mother's family may be related to George Washington's mother's family, but I have not yet proven the connection.

• • Recruit C++ software engineers, sales and marketing staff.
  • Selected and implemented the company’s first applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Used innovative sourcing techniques to increase headcount from 65 to a peak of 116 in 2008.
  • Championed the company’s participation in the Ohio Third Frontier program, resulting in over $150,000 in co-op salary cost savings.
  • Enhanced Seapine’s presence at college career fairs, spoke at several college classes to improve our co-op and college recruiting efforts.
