During my time at the Harry A. Koch Co. I have held the positions of Data Systems Specialist, Network Administrator, and currently Systems Analyst.
I either manage or am directly involved in all departmental projects. I am ultimately responsible for all company wide systems and software applications, including but not limited to the corporate email system (Lotus Notes), the Enterprise Content Management system (FileNET), the Agency Management System (AMS Sagitta), and the overall administration of the enterprise.
In addition, I try to help the organization gain efficiencies where possible and take a lead role in establishing and maintaining vendor relationships.
Was a consultant for an Insurance Company based out of Chicago working for their call center. I performed administrator duties, along with designing and building a company Intranet. I also evaluated all work flows and instituted changes to gain efficiencies where needed.
I was also responsible for resolution of all escalated issues from the call floor.
Was a consultant for ConAgra Frozen Foods. I was first assigned to supporting their implementation, rollout, and ongoing use of a new software package to help support their sales functions and was later assigned to their network support team. I supported all locations in the Omaha area, as well as district offices around the country.
The advanced services lab at Gateway was the place where all non-resolved technical issues were escalated to. We provided support to all of technical support for all 3 locations the company had. We worked closely with both engineering at Gateway as well as with specific vendors to resolve any and all issues.
I attended Dakota State University for approximately 3.5 years. I did not attain a degree. My studies were computer and business related.
