Born in Sacramento, and still holding vivid memories of San Luis Obispo,CA, I eventually found my way to Reno. (I had no choice; I was eleven when my father took a position at UNR.) My parent’s friends thought we were crazy to leave SLO for the desert, and were going to become addicted to gambling. But we didn’t, and instead discovered all the gems that make the Biggest Little City a great place to live. I root for the University of Nevada Wolf Pack, ski the chutes of Lake Tahoe, and regularly take advantage of all-you-can-eat sushi. If you are a fan of all-you-can-eat sushi, Reno can't be beat. I've taken a poll. Besides Tahoe, the casinos, and entertainment, visitors tell me they also make the trek over the Sierras for sushi galore. In order to keep eating sushi, I started running almost 2 years ago now. I used to think that running more than 4 or 5 miles was nuts. A wonderful group called Northern Sierra Endurance Training changed my mind and I've since completed a marathon. More importantly, this is another great club to be a part of in this community.
Moving right a long, I have loved and lost, succeeded and slipped up, brushed off and began over again. Most people that know me would agree I am approachable, and quickly develop genuine rapport with just about anybody.
