• Managed Choice Engineering and Field Operations; tasks included overseeing design, implementation and maintenance of Pre-WiMax Base Stations, Microwave Links, LMDS System, and Wi-Fi Systems. Also responsible for providing customer solutions for Commercial and Government Customer; this effort new contracts valued at $4,000,000.

  • Consulted with ATN Subsidiaries on wireless projects; issued RFIs and RFPs to evaluate Vendor’s hardware and services; evaluated and negotiated both vendor and telecommunication services contracts valued at $4,500,000.
  • Migrated problematic backbone network from 5.8 GHz links to reliable Local Multipoint Distribution System (LMDS) licensed frequency, one of the few successful applications of LMDS hardware and frequency usage in the North America; this effort guaranteed Network availability and accessibility consistently.

  Designed and implemented a high speed, two-way wireless ISP network and services using cable modem technology. Wireless integration included interfacing with Multi-Channel Multipoint Distribution System (MMDS) transmitters (2.5-2.7 GHz) and analyzing various transceivers (up and down converters) in order to refine the two-way system.

  Redesigned and maintained a 35 site Frame Relay network using TCP/IP, SNA, and Voice over Frame protocols. Responsible for Corporate LAN and remote site LANs and managed a team of LAN/WAN Administrators.
