Managed Choice Engineering and Field Operations; tasks included overseeing design, implementation and maintenance of Pre-WiMax Base Stations, Microwave Links, LMDS System, and Wi-Fi Systems. • Consulted with ATN Subsidiaries on wireless projects; issued RFIs and RFPs to evaluate Vendor’s hardware and services; evaluated and negotiated both vendor and telecommunication services contracts valued at $4,500,000.
• Migrated problematic backbone network from 5.8 GHz links to reliable Local Multipoint Distribution System (LMDS) licensed frequency, one of the few successful applications of LMDS hardware and frequency usage in the North America; this effort guaranteed Network availability and accessibility consistently.
Sales Engineering - Performed Hybrid Networks system design for sales presentations to potential clients, product demonstrations/evaluations, and 3rd party equipment costs to Account Representatives.
Provided technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, deployment, and maintenance of Hybrid wireless head end systems. Ensured the system functioned according to specifications.

Managed the design and maintenance policies for two-way Multichannel Multipoint Distribution System (MMDS) wireless Internet networks. This included supervising an operations/engineering team of technicians (field and Network Operations Center (NOC)) and engineers.

Designed and implemented a high speed, two-way wireless ISP network and services using cable modem technology. Wireless integration included interfacing with Multi-Channel Multipoint Distribution System (MMDS) transmitters (2.5-2.7 GHz) and analyzing various transceivers (up and down converters) in order to refine the two-way system.

Redesigned and maintained a 35 site Frame Relay network using TCP/IP, SNA, and Voice over Frame protocols. Responsible for Corporate LAN and remote site LANs and managed a team of LAN/WAN Administrators.
