When trying to reach career goals, I have to believe that most people arrive at a "fork in the road" at some point in the process. Typically, this fork could be Career Path A or Career Path B or take the job offer or stay in the same role. Our generation wants the world, but struggle to find the passion necessary to achieve success. Thoughts?
