I'm one of the most capable people you will ever meet. I don't claim to know everything, but I still know quite a lot and I know how to get things done.
I consider it a waste if I don't learn something from everything I do. I am fascinated by just about everything from Art to Artillery. My wide range and perhaps slightly odd range of knowledge gives me the ability to work in any field. That's why I wanted to get into journalism and PR, because it will allow me to engage in so many interesting topics.
I don't like resumes. There is more to me than a few lines listing where I went to school and worked. It is my belief that if I were able to talk to someone, rather than forced to submit an online resume, I could have nearly any job available.
Also I am selfless and will sacrifice my own gains in order to stand for integrity and ethics. I don't want to get ahead by doing anything that will weigh heavily on my conscience.
My most notable experiences from Auburn Moon;
Compiled data on clients who were interested in Auburn Moon artists in order to help agents prepare for a deal. Wrote Marketbuzz mini articles for naca.org, detailing artist news and developments. Improved agencies understanding of the markets by tracking all artists shows for the past three years detailed by region. Managed artists online promotional calendars. Improved functionality of the agencies online database by reorganizing. Prepared notes on potential clients without a contract history with Auburn Moon. Assisted with various administrative tasks.
My most notable experiences from the BBCC;
Implemented and managed use of social media networks as multi-purpose business tools, after writing a thesis on their effective use. Wrote columns for the Birmingham Eccentric newspaper about Real Estate and Community Involvement. Wrote lead article for the Birmingham Eccentric on December 20, about the holiday spirit and activities of the Birmingham area. Designed and created programs and promotional materials for Chamber hosted events. Wrote bi-weekly Chamber newsletters detailing member news, events and promotions.
