A.T. Cross is a quality writing instrument manufacturer. That's a fancy way of saying that they may nice (and kind of pricey) pens. At A.T. Cross, I provided human resource support to a 500 person employee population in the areas of recruiting, employee communications, training and development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration. I also developed strategic HR programs, including a new hire onboarding program, performance management program, and an internship program.
