• Responsible for generating leads, identifying and developing opportunities into new business for the Capita Hartshead full services offering; providing actuarial, consulting, investment and administration solutions for occupational pension schemes.

• Working on the completion and submission of tender documents, site visits and the provision of management information for new business.

  I have taken bid management responsibilities on a number of successful proposals, including MITIE, London Borough of Waltham Forest and Heinz. I have also provided high level support on several larger opportunities.

• A twelve month Graduate Scheme, including placements with; Pensions Operations (DB & DC), Operational Risk and Compliance, Capita Technical Team, Implementation, Communications, Sales and Marketing and Technical Services.

  Following this, I was chosen to be responsible for the day-to-day running and administration the 2008/09 Graduate Scheme. The purpose of this role was to facilitate the efficient running of the Graduate Scheme and to offer advice and support to the graduate intake, providing an intermediary contact point for Graduates Trainees and the Directors responsible for the scheme.
