I am a human resources professional and blogger. I blogs on my own personal website Chikauwazie.com to help fresh graduates who are transiting from college to getting their first job. My passion is helping people making the right career choices, and regularly mentors younger students. She graduated from Bethune Cookman University with Bachelors of Psychology. I am a member of HR-NCA chapter of SHRM and was President of Psi Chi National Honor society. I am is currently obtaining a masters in Human Resource Management; and aim to become a global thought leader in human capital management.
