About Me

After helping Fortune 500 companies build junior talent training and development programs for the last few years, I've come to a realization. I wholeheartedly believe that the right employees with 0 - 5 years of experience can provide immeasurable value to an organization, and that's my rally cry. Through creative campus recruiting models, a specialized interview process, and one-of-a-kind training and mentoring programs, my mission is to help outstanding recent grads accelerate their careers.

I help individuals and corporations combine the right talent with the right opportunity and build programs that support growth and success for everyone involved. My industry is business and technology project delivery, but my passion is emerging talent and future leaders.
