About Me

Cesar holds an extensive and deep 14-year experience in the digital marketing arena of the american hemisphere. In 2000, he co-founded the Studiocom Bogota office and, until 2005, he was part of some of Studiocom's successful creative projects for Coca-Cola, CNN, Cartoon Network, JP Morgan and Cingular just to name a few.

In 2006 he ignited the Offshore Guys division our of his own ideas and expertise about offshoring, and leveraging Studiocom's staff capabilities. He collaborated with large US agencies (Y&R, Wunderman, JWT, Ogilvy, VML, Grey Interactive, BlastRadius, etc.) on digital production and creative by managing accounts for Microsoft, Accenture, Ford, Land Rover, Hilton and LG, among others.

In 2008 César was appointed as Managing Director for Studiocom Latin America.

César has played digital creative consulting roles with Y&R, and he's been a speaker at the WPP Digital Day in San Francisco (2007), Diageo Digital day organized by Wunderman Venezuela (2007), and WPP Retail Conference Latin America (2008). in 2009, he was appointed as Jury for the FIAP prizes in the Digital Category.

César shares his spare time between his passions: contemporary fine art, immersive digital technologies research, and Analú and Lorenzo, his beloved wife and son.

  • After planting the seeds, ideas and work and that gave to birth the Offshore Guys division for two years, I was invited to start a new entrepreneurial venture: Studiocom Latin America. Studiocom Latam is focused in opening a new market by strengthening the relationship between users and brands in digital media. Although the startup was made in a recession year, in just two years it has already achieved strong ties with high-caliber regional brands such as Colgate, Helm Bank and BCSC.

  • I had the chance to start-up a new division: the Offshore Guys. As any good intrapreneur, I played several roles : Designer, Project Manager, Managing Director and Client Partner. When leaving the division, OSG was over 25 people, an income of $2MM per year and it was pretty much consolidated.
