  1. Successfully cast a full scale theatrical producation
  2. Use social media and new technologies to reach out to new talent
  3. Produce orignial musicals, ephasis on original ideas and creative approaches to the artform
  4. Make the theater a more accessible artform for audiences of all ages, races, and back rounds
  5. Coach actors on business and marketing techniques that apply to their careers
Specialties
I have a vast knowledge of the business side of show business. My extensive experience in the theater has given me a great understanding of all of the key players in the industry. I have a genuine passion for live theater and all of the individuals who contribute to it. I have a sharp memory, and I am skilled in social situations. In turn I pride myself in remembering everyone I meet and exactly what they love and do. I am extremely organized and detail oriented. I am also good at learning on my feet and anticipating other people's needs and expectations.
